" Joshua was referred to us (my sister and me) by a business associate who promised we would not be disappointed. Truer words were never spoken! Thinking we were going to list our mom’s house ourselves, we soon realized that we didn’t even know where to start. Next, I contacted a realtor who didn’t share the same confidence in the property that we did. After nine days of pulling comps and discussing value, we still had not agreed on an asking price; nor had we signed a contract.
